She told me that I can't speak to a supervisor. She didn't even asked me for my claim number. She immediately repeated the same argument. After saying my name, the other representative recognized me. While speaking to the other representative on the other line, my home phone was cut off. I used my cell phone to called back the number. He then placed me on hold and never return after waiting for 45 minutes. She told me someone would follow-up with me as to the next step. I explained to him that the last representative that I spoke to after sending the documents confirmed that everything was good. However, I called today 6/8/23 to find out the status of my claim, and the gentleman that I spoke to told me that I have to send the documents again, because he cannot see the top of the receipt from Walmart which is a lie, because the lady told me that everything was good on 6/5/23 when I forwarded the documents. I called and spoke to a representative, and she confirmed receipts of the documents.

On 6/5/23 after sending the documents again. I sent the requested documents several times.
