While speaking to the other representative on the other line, my home phone was cut off. I used my cell phone to called back the number. He then placed me on hold and never return after waiting for 45 minutes. She told me someone would follow-up with me as to the next step. I explained to him that the last representative that I spoke to after sending the documents confirmed that everything was good. However, I called today 6/8/23 to find out the status of my claim, and the gentleman that I spoke to told me that I have to send the documents again, because he cannot see the top of the receipt from Walmart which is a lie, because the lady told me that everything was good on 6/5/23 when I forwarded the documents. I called and spoke to a representative, and she confirmed receipts of the documents.
